HDMI signal transmission in up to 40 meters - lossless and with hybrid technology!


With the "integrated" AOC fiber optic HDMI cable FX-I340 included in our FiberX series, the lossless and uncompressed transmission of up to 18Gbps is possible, supporting contents in UltraHD or with a resolution of 4K. The maximum lossless transmission distance of this hybrid cable made of fiber and copper strands is 40 meters. This makes it the first available technical solution with full HDCP support. Thanks to the latest chipset, these "integrated" variants also transmit a digital audio signal. The cables are available in fixed lengths from 10 to 40 meters. The fiber optic cable is not removable (detachable). A 5V power supply is included if the power supply via HDMI is too low.


  


 


 FiberX AOC Cables Combine the Best of Copper and Fiber Technologies


The products included in the FiberX Series are ideal to transmit audio- and video-signals via hybrid fiber over great distances. Limitations of pure fiber systems are being prevented.


The FX-I340 AOC HDMI 2.0 Hybrid Cable made of copper and fiber strands transmits 4K / UltraHD / 2160p signals over up to 40m.


 


The Latest Technology


Using hybrid technology, all HDMI data (e. g. EDID, HDCP, CEC, ARC / eARC etc.) can be transmitted transmitter to receiver. This also includes the 5V signal of a conventional HDMI connection, which unfortunately cannot be transmitted with pure fiber optic lines. All products in the series are 3D-enabled and offer full support for HDCP and Real Pass through EDID in real time, eliminating the need for EDID learning. The built-in chipsets are also equipped with a reclocking function and of course also support digital audio.


 


Pre-assembled lengths


The FX-I340 series is available in the lengths of 10m up to remarkable 40m, each with pre-assembled HDMI connectors on both sides.


 


Please note


The cable must not be connected to the wrong port - the ends are clearly marked. The successful connection to an HDMI adapter can not be guaranteed.
