According to DMX connection standards, the receiver comes with the male connector, the transmitter (reciprocal to the standard XLR usage in the audio field) with the female connector.
This hybrid cable safeguards an optimal power supply during stage use or in the studio due to its 3x1.5mm2 power line and a balanced AES/EBU line.
The split of the cable is 30 cm.
