Studio 2 is a powerful NDI codec converter that can not only efficiently encode video sources from 1.5G / 3G / 6G-SDI / 12G-SDI or HDMI 4K60P to HD standard into Full NDI format, but also decode FULL NDI into video formats from 1.5G / 3G / 6G-SDI / 12G-SDI or HDMI 4K60P to HD standard, and achieve output through SDI or HDMI interfaces. Users can flexibly set the encoding and decoding modes.

Studio 2 features dual-interface input and output, which can flexibly achieve the loop-out conversion of SDI and HDMI signals. In addition, it also has the function of up/down conversion, supporting at least 1849 SMPTE standard formats of PAL/NTSC specifications. Studio 2 supports audio embedding, de-embeded, and mixing functions, providing users with a comprehensive and efficient audio and video processing experience.

Studio 2 can also be used for PTZ control, realizing precise remote camera control. Moreover, it has optical transceiver function with a transmission distance of up to 20KM, ensuring high quality and stability of audio and video signals during long-distance transmission. Users can set parameters through the Scroll Wheel button, Web UI or SCIENCE IMAGE control software DynaControl. It supports POE and DC power supply methods. • Optical transceiver function: Support Optical transceiver function, it can be used as either a sender or a receiver. With SCIENCE IMAGE T1 optical module, the transmission rate is 12~25GB/s, and the transmission distance can reach 20KM.
• Audio embedding /de-embeded / mixing: 3.5mm Line IN interface can be used for audio embedding, while the Headset interface can be used for audio monitoring.
• Scroll Wheel control: Support NDI codec mode settings, SDI/HDMI input priority, output resolution format, and optical transceiver mode settings.
• Parameter display and settings: Tally and 1.3-inch OLED screen can display working status and parameters in real time. Users can set parameters through WebUI or SCIENCE IMAGE's centralized management software DynaControl.
• PTZ control: Support PTZ control, by connecting the USB port of the device to the PTZ camera, the user can control the camera in WebUI.
• Restore: STUDIO 2 Provides one-key factory default restoration.
